Returns:

– You may return most new, unopened items within [number of days] days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at  Info.avolago@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

– Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item(s). Please package the item(s) securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

– You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

– Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

– If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement.

Exceptions:

– Some items are not eligible for return or exchange, including perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards.

– Clearance items or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

– If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
